Zola, who retired from football last season, was one of the most popular foreign imports ever to have played in The Premiership during his stay at Stamford Bridge, but he never played in a team as successful as Jose Mourinho's. After spending almost seven years at Chelsea, Zola returned to Serie A and played for Cagliari for two seasons, before hanging up his boots at the age of 38.
