It is simply a theorethical value. It is calculated according to a forumla Technorati developed when analysing how much AOL had payed for a large network of professional blogs.
So, there you go, I appreciate the drink, but I am afraid it has to come out of your own pocket for the time being.
I have no idea man, my blog was worth $300 plus. I know its sad, I actually considered selling it at that amount. Sadly no buyers :-(
